With the COBI.Bike app and Help Connect, you have an alert, digital companion at your side. In the event of an accident, an emergency call is made via Help Connect. A trained service team on call around the clock is alerted, and immediately informs the emergency services. Help Connect accompanies eBikers on their rides - and ensures a feeling of safety.
Automatic accident detection
Smart technology: In an emergency, the COBI.Bike app uses an intelligent algorithm to automatically recognise whether and how severely the eBiker may have fallen and transmits this data to the emergency call assistant.
Help Connect Service
Safety on the move at all times: In the event of a fall, the Help Connect Service is automatically triggered. If necessary, the eBiker can also trigger the emergency call manually.
24/7 emergency support
Saves time in life-threatening situations: The Help Connect Assistant gives eBikers telephone access to Bosch trained service personnel around the clock, enabling a rescue chain to be initiated immediately in the event of an emergency.
Always at your side: Via the smartphone data connection, Help Connect is able to identify the accident location and transmit it to the Help Connect Assistant.
Help when and where it is needed: If a fall is detected, the smartphone produces acoustic warning signals that will attract the attention of anyone in the vicinity. This means that first responders will arrive faster.

Help Connect, the COBI.Bike app premium function, is available to both iPhone and Android users. To use the premium service, the Help Connect module has to be added to the COBI.Bike app and can be activated following successful registration. This function is currently available in German and English for German mobile operator users. The service is available in the 11 following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy and Spain.
To use Help Connect while cycling, your smartphone has to be mounted on your SmartphoneHub or COBI.Bike on the handlebar.
