What points do I have to remember about the 'Lock' function of the eBike Connect app when I change my phone?

  1. Install the eBike Connect app on your new phone
  2. Log in using your existing account
  3. Connect your phone to your on-board computer via Bluetooth. The message "Lock function activated. No motor support until the Lock function has been deactivated" appears. Your account is the key to the 'Lock' function, so you can confirm the message with "OK".
  4. The 'Lock' function will then be set up again automatically. The app indicates when the Lock function is activated
