I get the message "Software update failed" and I am repeatedly asked to restart the update but each time it fails.
A software update is a complex process and sometimes unforeseen errors occur.
If the error occurs during the Download (1st step of the update), we recommend the following steps:
- Switch off your eBike and then remove it in the eBike Flow app under > My eBike. No settings will be lost in the process.
- Remove your eBike from the Bluetooth settings of your phone.
- Restart your smartphone.
- Reconnect the eBike Flow app to your eBike.
- Start the software update again.
If you are asked to start the update again during the installation (3rd step of the update), please contact your bicycle retailer.
