The shop is not available in the eBike Connect app - what could be the reason?

To get full functionality and support, you need to download the eBike Connect app for Android from the official Google Play Store.

When the shop menu is greyed out.

  • Make sure your display is turned on and connected to your smartphone.
  • Note that the Shop menu is greyed out if no premium functions are available for your eBike. Information on the compatibility of the Lock function can be found here.
