Make sure that you are connected to your eBike Connect Account via WiFi or via your smartphone. If you are still not connected, you can connect to eBike Connect via the "Login" field on the status screen. (See also FAQ item "How can I register?")
You can recognise an active connection to eBike Connect by your name being displayed at the top left of the status screen.
Please note: You must agree to the transfer of geolocation data so that your riding data is synchronised with the app or portal. For this purpose, go to More> Settings> Privacy settings in the eBike Connect app.
