More boost on the mountain. The Uphill Flow.
Every mountain is unique. Every trail a challenge. And in the flow, it's not all downhill. Because the eMTB mode gives you a boost when you are riding uphill. Always optimally adapted to you, the slope and the terrain – whether stones, roots or steps. With this riding mode, which you can select via your display, you get a unique riding sensation for a fun eMTB ride. We call it Uphill Flow.
The gradient and the terrain vary constantly. The eMTB mode gets you moving in all riding situations. On gentle slopes, it sensitively delivers the right amount of support from the drive system. In steep slopes it provides you with powerful support over obstacles and gives you more control. However much power you need: The sensor-controlled eMTB mode recognizes it in a flash by the pedal pressure.

What our athletes have to say about eMTB mode

Nathalie Schneitter
Experience
"I like tricky climbs that challenge me technically. Climbs that require a lot of intuition. The most rewarding eMTB mode experience is managing a way uphill that I previously thought was impossible."

Greta Weithaler
Confirmation
"Uphill, before tight curves or high drop-offs, I sometimes doubt if it's possible to do – and the next moment I've moved on without a problem. The eMTB mode is so much fun because it lets me overcome uphill obstacles with ease."

Tracy Moseley
Enjoyment
"How much support do I need? Which mode is the right one? It doesn't matter. The eMTB mode always supports me just right, so I don't have to think much about it and can enjoy the ride."

Kathi Kuypers
Trust
"I ride in eMTB mode 90 percent of the time because I trust it 100 percent. I'm not surprised with too much power or not enough push, that gives me confidence. I also trust the eMTB mode for big jumps."
