Why is my Mini Remote not found when pairing?

• Make sure the button cell is not empty.
• Make sure your eBike, Mini Remote, and smartphone are nearby and switched on.
• Make sure your eBike is connected to the eBike Flow app.
• Make sure your Mini Remote is in pairing mode.
• If the Mini Remote is already connected to an eBike but you want to connect it to another eBike, follow the steps described here.
• After inserting the battery, immediately press the minus button for about five seconds.
• The LED on the Mini Remote flashes blue and the Mini Remote remains in pairing mode for 30 seconds. Complete the pairing process in the app within those 30 seconds.
