Why do I receive the error message "OBC. We are sorry… An error occurred, please login again through your application?" when I try to log in to the COBI.Bike app with my SingleKey ID?

You are getting this error message because cookies are blocked in your default browser.

Please clear your browser's cache and exit the browser app. Then enable cookies, restart the COBI.Bike app, and try logging in again.

Please note: It may take some time for cookies to be enabled on iOS. If you can open  this website in your browser and log in with your SingleKey ID, this means that cookies are activated in this browser.
