My phone battery is dead. How can I unlock my eBike?
Your digital key is linked to your SingleKey ID. Install Flow app on another phone and pair with your eBike using your SingleKey ID. Now you can unlock your eBike. Your eBike will remain unlocked until it is turned off again. Don't forget to logout afterward.
Note: Your eBike will turn itself off if it is not used for 10 minutes or if you remove your eBike battery or Kiox 300/Kiox 500 display (if applicable).
By the way – even if your eBike is locked, you can still pedal and use it like a regular bicycle.
