My eBike Flow app no longer automatically connects to my eBike – what can I do?

We recommend that you carry out pairing again.
Carry out the following steps to do so:

  1. Remove your eBike from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Uninstall the eBike Flow app from your smartphone
  3. Restart your smartphone.
  4. Install the eBike Flow app again.
  5. Reconnect the eBike Flow app to your eBike.
