I am having problems creating an eBike Flow app account or logging in with my SingleKey ID. What should I do?

If you have difficulties logging in to the eBike Flow app, please do not delete your SingleKey ID.

Note: It is not possible to log in to the eBike Flow app with an existing eBike Connect account. You must create an eBike Flow app account for the eBike Flow app.

If you have problems, you can carry out the following steps:

  1. When creating a password, the password requirements are displayed above the entry (password requirements are e.g., numbers "0...9"). The color changes to green when the respective requirement is met.
  2. Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the eBike Flow app from the Google Play or App Store.
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of a mobile browser to create your account or log in. Navigate to the Google Play or App Store to check the version number of your browser and update it. On Android devices: If you use Chrome as your default browser for mobile devices, an outdated version of Chrome may cause a problem when creating an account or logging in. Make sure that you are using the  latest Chrome version from Google Play Store.
  4. Accept cookies in your mobile browser (default setting).

When creating the eBike Flow app account, you receive the message: "This is not a valid email address."
Please check whether there is a space at the end of the email address and delete it.

You did not receive an email to complete the account creation process?
– Check the spam folder in your email inbox.
– After a period of 24 hours, you can restart the account creation process with the same login details.
– Use an email address from another provider.

If you are still having difficulties setting up your new account or logging in with your SingleKey ID, please contact our  support.
