How can I enable or disable Bluetooth, mobile data or Wi-Fi?
On an iOS device: there are two different ways you can enable or disable Bluetooth, Mobile data or Wi-Fi.
1) in the iOS Settings:
To enable or disable Bluetooth, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and toggle Bluetooth to turn it on or off.
To enable or disable Mobile data, go to Settings > Mobile data, and toggle Mobile data to turn it on or off.
To enable or disable Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and toggle Wi-Fi to turn it on or off.
2) in the Control Center:
If you have turned on Bluetooth, mobile data or Wi-Fi in the settings but still get an error message in the eBike Flow App, please access Control Center on your iPhone and simply click on the icon (Bluetooth/Mobile date/Wi-Fi) that you want to enable or disable.
If you have an Android device, each device may vary (like Samsung vs Nexus) so if you cannot find your Bluetooth, mobile data, or Wi-Fi settings, please refer to your phone's manual or support site.
