How can I make sure I always receive alarm notifications on iOS?

With iOS, the alarm notifications of the eBike Flow app are classified as 'urgent'. This means that alarm notifications interrupt the Focus mode and override the Ring/Silent switch.
In the iOS app settings: make sure the Flow app has permission to send you urgent notifications.
