What fitness values does Nyon show me?

You can see values such as your power in watts, cadence, and calories burned.

In addition, you can:

• connect a heart rate sensor

• create weekly or monthly goals.

You can set your values via  > Screen Management. Examples are the current power, the current cadence and, if a heart rate monitor is connected, the heart rate. If you want to learn more about managing screens, check out this  video.
