The status of eBike Lock & Alarm is not available in the eBike Flow app. What can I do?

If the status of eBike Lock and eBike Alarm is not available in the header of the eBike Flow app, make sure that:

  • eBike Lock & Alarm is enabled in  Settings > eBike settings > Lock & Alarm.

  • You are within your 12-month free plan period or have an active premium subscription

  • Your eBike is parked where both GPS and LTE reception is available

If the problem persists, please contact your  bicycle retailer.
