Why is my Enviolo eShift not found when pairing?

• Make sure your eBike, Enviolo eShift and smartphone are nearby and turned on.

• Make sure your Enviolo eShift is in pairing mode.

• Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the side of the component for 5 seconds until it flashes blue. The app should now detect the Enviolo eShift component and connect it automatically.
