Can I connect several eBikes to the eBike Flow app?

With the eBike Flow app, only one eBike can be connected at a time. If you own two eBikes, you have the option of connecting the two bikes one after the other and can make individual settings for each eBike.

Follow these steps to switch between eBikes:

1. Remove the first eBike in the eBike Flow app under  Settings > My eBike > Reset & Remove > Remove eBike
2. Remove the smart system eBike from the Bluetooth device list of your smartphone.
3. Connect the second eBike in the eBike Flow app under  Settings > My eBike > Connect eBike
