Can I connect more than one smartphone to my eBike?

You can in principle log in with the same eBike Flow app account (same access details) on different smartphones. If you want to save your activities across different smartphones in the same account one after another, observe the following points:

  1. You are logged into the eBike Flow app on both smartphones with the same access details.
  1. To change the smartphone, start new pairing with the "new" smartphone and make sure that the "old" smartphone is not in the immediate vicinity or delete the eBike from the Bluetooth settings of the "old" smartphone.

Additionally, please note that only one smartphone can be connected to the eBike at any time.
