During the software update process, a dark screen is displayed on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500.What does this mean?
A software update notice is displayed on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 when the software is being updated on the eBike system.Once it's the Kiox 300/Kiox 500's turn to update itself, only a dark screen can be displayed.Please wait until the update of the Kiox software is finished.This may take some time.After that, a screen will appear again on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500.
Note: During the entire software update process, the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 must not be removed from the mount and the eBike must not be ridden.
