How can I enable or disable Bluetooth, mobile data or Wi-Fi?

On an iOS device:

there are different ways you can enable/disable Bluetooth, Mobile data or Wi-Fi.

1) in the Settings:

  • To enable or disable Bluetooth, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and toggle Bluetooth to turn it on or off.

  • To enable or disable Mobile data, go to Settings > Mobile data, and toggle Mobile data to turn it on or off.

  • To enable or disable Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and toggle Wi-Fi to turn it on or off.

2) in the Control center:
If you have turned Bluetooth, Mobile data or Wi-Fi in the Settings but still get an error message in the app, please access Control Centre on your iPhone, and simply click on the icon (Bluetooth/Mobile date/Wi-Fi ) that you want to enable or disable. 

On an Android device:

Eeach Android device may vary (like Samsung vs Nexus) so if you're unable to find your Bluetooth, mobile data, or Wi-Fi settings, please see your phone's manual or support site.
