What do the LEDs of the System Controller mean?

  • The large LED indicates the current support level through its colour. Further information can be found here.

  • The bottom five LEDs indicate the charge level.

  • If the System Controller flashes white after switching on, the eBike Lock function has been activated, but the smartphone configured as the key is not in the vicinity or Bluetooth® is not activated on the smartphone. Move the smartphone to a distance of less than one meter from the System Controller.

  • If all support level LEDs flash orange, there is an error. Information about possible errors can be found on the  home screen of the eBike Flow app. You can find more information, including troubleshooting, by searching for the appropriate error code here in the Help Center.

  • If all LEDs on the LED Remote flash red, there is a critical error. If this happens, please contact your bicycle retailer.

  • The small LED above the on/off button is the ABS indicator. This is only relevant if your eBike is equipped with Bosch eBike ABS. The LED indicates whether the ABS is functional (LED off) or there is a fault (LED on).
