What can I do if the LED Remote or the System Controller stops responding?

Check if the cable leading to the LED Remote is plugged in correctly.

First try a restart by switching the LED Remote or the System Controller off and on again. If there is still no response, press and hold the on/off switch for more than 14 seconds. This causes a control unit reset.

If the LED Remote or the System Controller still does not respond, check the following options:

  • Start the eBike system via the on/off switch of the battery pack. This is not possible if your battery is permanently installed in the frame.
  • You can charge the internal battery of the LED Remote via the diagnostic port using an USB Type-C® cable connected to a power bank or another suitable power source (charging voltage 5V; charging current max 600 mA). Always close the cap of the diagnostic connector afterwards to prevent dust and moisture from entering.

If your control unit still does not respond, please contact your  specialist dealer.
