My eBike rides are not displayed in the online portal or in the app. What could the problem be?

  • In order for your eBike ride to be visible later, you must activate geolocation data before setting off. Go to More >  "Settings" > "Data protection settings" to make changes to the geolocation data.

  • Parts of the ride may also be missing due to a bad GPS signal.

  • There may be delays in processing the rides, so please check again later to see if they are displayed.

The most recent synchronisation of the rides is displayed in the activity list on the Bosch eBike Connect app and under My eBike.
