A software update notice appears on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 when the software is being updated on the eBike system.While the Kiox 300/Kiox 500 updates, only a dark screen can be displayed.Please wait for the update of the Kiox software to finish.This may take some time.After that, a screen will appear again on the Kiox 300/Kiox 500.
Note: The Kiox 300/Kiox 500 must not be removed from the mount and the eBike must not be ridden while the software is updating.
