Why is my bluetooth device not listed inside eBike Info/ Components?

Currently we only support Intuvia 100 and Mini Remote as Bluetooth devices. Therefore, other devices are listed as unknown device.

Please tap on the unknown device and check if the MAC-address is correct.

If the MAC-address is correct, please switch the device on:

  • For Intuvia 100: Press bluetooth button on the backside
  • For Mini Remote: Press any button

If the MAC-address is not correct: Please delete the device and pair your Intuvia 100 or Mini Remote once again.
