What can I do if only dashes are displayed instead of values on Intuvia 100?

If only dashes are displayed instead of values, there is no connection to the smart system.

Turn off the eBike. Wait until Intuvia 100 has switched off and restart the eBike.

If you still get this display, your Intuvia 100 has no connection to the system. Here you can find instructions on how to connect.
