How can I reset or zero the trip kilometres (distance) on the Intuvia 100?

Automatic reset: Your kilometres travelled are automatically reset to 0 kilometres every day - this is the default setting. You can adjust the period of time.
Make sure your eBike is connected to the eBike Flow app for this purpose. Go to  Settings > My eBike > Auto in the eBike Flow app. Reset Trip and select the desired duration, you can choose between the following options:

  • after 2 hours
  • after 4 hours
  • the next day
  • after 7 days

Manual reset: You can manually reset your kilometres (distance) via the eBike Flow app. For this purpose, finish the current activity via the eBike Flow app under Finish. If you don't use the eBike Flow app, you can reset the kilometres on your Intuvia 100 with software version 1.1.61 or later. For this purpose, go to Settings and select Reset trip in your Intuvia 100. Note, however, that resetting the trip on the Intuvia 100 does not stop the activity in the eBike Flow app. For Intuvia 100 displays with the older software version, we will provide an update in the course of 2024 so that you can reset your trip kilometres manually.

You can find out the current software version of your Intuvia 100 via the eBike Flow app. Go to  Settings > My eBike > eBike pass > Components > Intuvia 100.

If you do not use the eBike Flow app, you will unfortunately not be able to make the following settings - regardless of the software version of your Intuvia 100:

  • Auto. Reset trip
  • Set wheel circumference
    ‑ Reset range
