How can I connect my komoot account with my eBike Connect account or disconnect it?

Connect:

You can connect both in the app and in the online portal.

eBike Connect app:

  1. In the eBike Connect app, go to  > Settings.
  2. Under Connected apps, tap the slider for komoot.
  3. You will be redirected to the komoot login. Enter your email and password here.
  4. Select Allow access.

eBike Connect online portal:

  1. Go to Route planning > My routes > Connect with komoot.
  2. Confirm the message on transfer with Yes, continue.
  3. You will be redirected to the komoot login. Enter your komoot login details.
  4. Select Allow access.

Disconnect:

You can remove the connection both in the app and in the online portal.

eBike Connect app:

  1. In the eBike Connect app, go to Settings
  2. Under Connected apps, tap the slider for komoot.
  3. Confirm the message Please note ... with Continue.

eBike Connect online portal:

  1. In the eBike Connect online portal, go to Privacy settings.
  2. Under Connected apps > komoot tap Disconnect from komoot.
  3. Confirm the message Disconnect from komoot with OK.

Note: You can reconnect your komoot account at any time as described above.
