My eBike Flow app no longer automatically connects to my eBike – what can I do?

We recommend that you try pairing the eBike Flow app and eBike again.
Carry out the following steps to do so:

  1. Remove your eBike from the list of paired Bluetooth devices (found in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings).
  2. Uninstall the eBike Flow app from your smartphone.
  3. Restart your smartphone.
  4. Install the eBike Flow app again.
  5. Reconnect the eBike Flow app to your eBike.

Your data saved in the eBike Flow app is retained when you uninstall it.
