What should I pay attention to when updating the eBike Connect app?

Before you update the eBike Connect app, you should consider the following:

  • Make sure that there is no active Bluetooth connection to Kiox or Nyon.
  • Close the app completely before the update

After the update, you can connect your on-board computer to the eBike Connect app again.

If the eBike Connect app does not work after the update, it usually helps to uninstall and reinstall the app.
