My eBike Connect app no longer automatically connects to my eBike - what can I do?

We recommend that you pair the app and eBike again.
Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Remove your Kiox or Nyon on-board computer from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Deinstall the eBike Connect app from your smartphone
  3. Restart your smartphone.
  4. Reset your Kiox or Nyon on-board computer to the factory settings.
  5. Reinstall the eBike Connect app.
  6. Reconnect the eBike Connect app to your eBike.
