Why is my smartphone not charging?

There are several reasons why your smartphone might not be charging:

  • Your smartphone is not designed for wireless charging. Check the user manual of your smartphone here.
  • Your smartphone requires more charging power than is provided by the SmartphoneGrip (see "here").
  • The SmartphoneGrip does not sit properly on the holder.
  • The smartphone is not seated properly in the SmartphoneGrip.
  • The system is not switched on.
  • When the eBike's battery reserve is reached, charging of the smartphone is deactivated so that safety functions such as the light continue to work.
    - If the temperature is too high, the SmartphoneGrip automatically switches off the charging function.
