Why is my smartphone not charging?

There are several reasons why your smartphone is not charging:

  • Your smartphone is not suitable for wireless charging. Check the operating instructions of your smartphone in this case.

  • Your smartphone requires a charging power that is not provided by the SmartphoneGrip (see here).

  • The SmartphoneGrip is not properly seated on the holder.

  • The smartphone is not properly seated in the SmartphoneGrip.

  • The system is not switched on.

  • When the battery reserve of the eBike is reached, charging of the smartphone is deactivated so that safety features such as the light continue to work.

  •  If the temperature is too high, the SmartphoneGrip automatically switches off the charging function.
