Information according to the REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Article 33.1, and  Directive 2008/98/EC on waste and repealing certain Directives, Article 9 (1) i

 

REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (“Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals" ) is a European Union regulatory framework on management of chemicals that entered into force on 1 June 2007.

 

We follow-up the ECHA Candidate list and are well aware of our obligations derived from Article 33.1 of the REACH Regulation and article 9 (1) i of directive 2008/98/EC regarding information on the presence of “substances of very high concern” (SVHC), identified by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) as candidate substances for Annex XIV of REACH Regulation.

The below mentioned candidate substances (SVHC’s) may be contained in the products in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight. This information is continually updated.
